This group is open to individuals looking for physical and emotional wellness, as well as weight loss by implementing exercise, meal planning and healthy eating into our everyday lives. Using the Food Lovers Fat Loss System.
The purpose of this group is to establish a family oriented environment, a bond of sisterhood of women that are struggling with health and/or emotional issue problems as a result of being overweight. We will share our experiences, struggles, accomplishments and desires as we build a foundation to create a healthy lifestyle for all involved utilizing the methods of the FLFL System.
Find a buddy that can help you stay motivated to meet your goals, to partner up with for exercise segments, grocery shopping or simply just to talk to you feel like giving up.
Even thought being healthy should not feel like hard work, but as most of us know...it really is and most of the time it’s hard to find the support you need from the people that you interact with everyday.
So this group is open to those that are ready to win it in 2010, get healthy and leaner....not heavier and meaner....lol
It doesn’t matter if you’ve been on this journey forever or just getting started, we’ll learn, share, explore and experience new and old habits to reach our individual goals for our own personal reasons.
This group is free to join and together we’ll pull together our resources to build a library of knowledge, tools and will power that we’ll need to succeed.
Coffee & Cards Networking Group
Coffee, Cards and Conversation is a bi-monthly Networking Meeting where business owners and attendees will be sharing stories, memories as they learn more about an awesome automated follow-up and contact management system to keep in better touch with clients, friends & family.
There will also be a brief, live demonstration of the system where we will actually send someone a card as we all watch. We will briefly share the three ways someone can use and take advantage of the system.
There will be plenty of card samples on-hand so you can see the quality of these cards and visualize how you can use them to strengthen the relationships (both business and personal) in your own life. This is a casual, relaxed way to start your Saturday and you are welcome to bring guests.

You are welcome to bring plenty of your business cards to distribute during the networking portion of the meeting.
